Australian Mixed martial artist Megan Anderson who surely eyes for upcoming Women’s featherweight championship fight of UFC 250.
Two time Champion Amanda Nunes will be put her 145 pound title by playing first time against Felicia Spencer in the UFC 250 fight on 6 june and event expected to take place at UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
“I see it being a little more difficult for Felicia than her fight against Cris Cyborg,” Anderson told MMA Junkie. “I think Amanda is a better well-rounded striker, and she has a more dangerous ground game I would say. I wouldn’t say dangerous. Felicia is incredibly talented, and she has a lot of skills on the ground, but I just think Amanda brings that wrestling mentality. She goes for position over submission, she likes to do damage, and I think she’s very heavy on top. So that could pose some problems for Felicia.”
“Felicia is very, very – her pathway on the ground is very high level,” Anderson said. “She has a very good system, and she is very sneaky on the ground with her offensive submission game, so even if she does end up being on her back in a bad position, I see her being able to create space to throw up some submissions, which could cause Amanda some issues. But I think it’s going to be a lot harder for Felicia to take it to the ground, just because of how good Amanda’s range control and the power that she brings.
“Felicia was having some issues with Zarah, closing that gap against like a lengthier striker, so obviously I’m gonna give Amanda the slight advantage in skill and power over Zarah, so I just don’t see it working better in Felicia’s favor. I think she’s incredibly tough and has a lot of skills, and she’s an amazing athlete, but I think it’s a tough fight for her.”
